What forms of payments do you accept? TOP

We takeVisa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.Paypal, and Money Orders/Checks. Please note that your order will be canceled 7 business day after order is made if payment is not received. Items will not made or shipped until payment has cleared.

How long will it take to ship an order? TOP

At this time all orders are currently taking 20-25 business days to ship from the date your payment has cleared. We will not start any orders until payment has cleared. If you need your order before the time slot stated there will be a $10.00 rush order fee.

How do I care for my products? TOP

Bows and Tutus: Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Please note doing this the bows may lose their shape.

Ribbon, Hand Painted, and Custom Onesies: Wash inside out on gentle cycle and hang dry. Please do not use the dryer.

Nursing Covers: Wash as normal and hang dry.

Do you do custom orders? TOP
Yes, We love to custom make orders. Anything from a bow to match the perfect outfit, Custom designed onesie, or a fabulous tutu set for a special occasion. Send us a message and we will work together to design something for you.

What does "which side" mean? TOP

You will always see this saying on our embellished clippies. Say you pick left then the clip is made for the product to only go on the left side of you head. If you put the clip on the right side of your head the embellishment will be upside down

Can sale/discounts be combined? TOP

Sorry but no sales/discounts can not be combined unless stated that they can be combined.

What is "no slip grip" TOP
No slip grip is a thin layer of rubber material that we will attach to each clip if asked. It will keep any clip in the finest or little hair.

Is there sales tax? TOP
Yes, unfortunately there is! Due to the fact that the state of Florida has sales tax of 6.5%.

What is your return policy? TOP

Due to the fact that all orders are custom made they are not refundable. If you are unhappy with your completed order please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order (according to tracking) and we will do our best to correct the problem.
